1st. Lt. Bill Holloman was based at Ramitelli, Italy, during WWII and flew P-51 Mustangs with the famed Tuskegee Airmen, 99th Fighter Squadron, 332nd Fighter Group. Previous experience was on the P-47 Thunderbolt. He was also the first African-American helicopter pilot in the U.S. Air Force! After WWII, he served in Vietnam.

Comprising a combination of original pencil drawings of 1st. Lt. William Holloman III in flying gear, his P-51 Mustang and his original signature and biography. Matted and ready to frame. All drawings on acid free paper. ONE OF A KIND! A real collector’s piece for a serious aviation art collector!
